Finished Quilt Size: 52” x 52” (132cm x 132cm)
Worry Dolls are a tradition of the Guatemalan children who make tiny
colourful dolls from sticks & fabric threads. The children share
their worries with heir dolls and the doll then takes care of their
problems while they sleep.
The bright colours & playful characters combine beautifully in
this quilt making this such a fun project that any child would love! I
designed the quilt for my daughter Jessica, who always carries the
worries of the world with her.
This pattern includes complete instructions & full sized pattern
sheets, to create this fun cuddle quilt & two cute cushions. The
appliqué in this project is put together using raw edge appliqué. The
sky literally is the limit with this design why not individualise the
dolls in your version to represent little people who are special to you
or use the shapes to make any number of new creations.
*Bonus cushion designs included in this pattern!*
